Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
- 1 each Onion, Chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Oregano
- 12 ounces Prepared Elbow Macaroni
- 4 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced Thin
- 4 ounces Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Preparation
- Brown beef, garlic and onion in olive oil.
- Drain, then stir in Furmano's Diced Tomatoes and seasonings.
- Cover; simmer 20 minutes.
- Layer macaroni, sauce and cheese.
- Bake in large oblong Pyrex dish at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
