Ingredients
- 3 7/8 cups Furmano's Chick Peas, Drained
- 2 cups Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup Pickle Relish
- 8 ounces Bacon
- 1/4 cup Onions, Finely Chopped
- 2 tablespoons Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup
Preparation
- Cook bacon, then crumble into small pieces.
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for a few hours.
- Serve with corn chips or use for an open sandwich.
