Ingredients
- As Needed Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic, Chopped
- 1 each Medium Onion, Chopped
- 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
- 15 1/2 ounces Sweet Peas
- 1 pound Elbow Macaroni
Preparation
- Cover bottom of a sauce pan with olive oil.
- Add garlic and onion; simmer until onion is translucent.
- Add can of Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes; simmer for 1/2 hour.
- Drain can of peas and add it to the sauce; simmer for 5 more minutes.
- In a separate pot, cook the elbow macaroni until al dente.
- Toss cooked macaroni with sauce and serve.
