Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 ounce Active-Dry Yeast
  • 6 fluid ounces Warm Water
  • 2 fluid ounces Warm Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter, Melted
  • 12 ounces Reduced-Fat Sausage
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/3 cup Pepperoni, Diced
  • 1 5/6 cups Furmano's Italian Style Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano, Drained
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 each Egg White
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Pizza Sauce
Preparation
  1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in large mixing bowl. Add water, milk, and butter.
  2. Beat mixture on low speed until well combined (dough will be sticky).
  3. On well-floured surface, knead dough until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place dough in greased bowl, cover, and let rise in warm place for 1 hour.
  5. In a skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain and set aside.
  6. Add mushrooms to skillet and cook until tender.
  7. Add diced pepperoni, drained tomatoes, sausage, and mozzarella to the skillet. Set mixture aside.
  8. Roll dough into 15"x10" rectangle on greased baking sheet.
  9. Spoon filling down the center of the dough.
  10. Fold dough over filling and pinch to seal.
  11. Cut 4 slits in top of dough.
  12. Brush dough with egg white and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  13. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  14. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until crust is golden brown.
  15. Slice and serve with warm pizza sauce.
