Rose's Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
  • 4 cups Potatoes, Diced
  • 1 cup Onions, Diced
  • 1 cup Cabbage, Diced
  • 1 pound Ground Beef, Browned & Drained
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 11 ounces Frozen Peas
  • 11 ounces Frozen Carrots
  • 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Texas Pete Hot Sauce
Preparation
  1. Pour about 1 quart water into a large stock pot and turn burner on "high."
  2. Add the following ingredients to the pot: potatoes, onion, cabbage, ground beef, salt, and pepper.
  3. When pot is boiling, add peas, carrots, Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes, and hot sauce.
  4. Let contents come to a boil, then let simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
