Simple But Good Salsa

Ingredients
  • 1 each Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 5/6 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Onion, Diced
Preparation
  1. Roast the jalapenos on stovetop or griddle.
  2. Place the roasted peppers, garlic and salt into a blender and chop for several seconds.
  3. Add the tomatoes and onions to the blender, then chop a few additional seconds, until desired texture is achieved.
  4. Serve with chips or over anything from eggs to steak.
