Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1 pound Ground Pork
- 1 cup Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 2 teaspoons Fennel Seed
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 3 1/2 cups Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 pound Rigatoni Pasta, Cooked
Preparation
- In skillet with oil, cook pork with onion, fennel seed, garlic, oregano and crushed red pepper.
- Stir in tomatoes and chicken broth.
- Serve over pasta.
