Furmano's Tomato Sauce
3 1/2 cups
Furmano's Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce
3 1/2 cups
Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Thyme
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 tablespoon Romano Cheese, Grated
1 2/3 dozen Sweet Sausage Links, Sliced

MEATBALLS
3 pounds 80% Lean Ground Beef
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Thyme
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 tablespoon Romano Cheese, Grated
2 each Eggs
1 cup Bread Crumbs
Preparation
Into a large steel pot, pour the Furmano's Tomato Sauce, Furmano's Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce, and Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes.
Add oregano, thyme, sugar, baking powder, Italian seasoning, parsley, and Romano cheese.
Add sausage and cook on low for 4 hours.
For meatballs: mix all meatball ingredients with ground beef.
Form meatballs.
Brown on all sides over medium heat, drain.
Add meatballs to the sauce when you have about two hours remaining of your cook time.
