Add Furmanos Crushed Tomatoes, onions, cilantro, garlic, water, salt, cumin, coriander, black pepper, oregano, and lime juice to a large pot. Mix well.
Add rice and mix well.
Place pot on stove over medium heat and bring to a boil. Be sure to stir until a boil is reached to avoid scorching.
Reduce heat, continuing to stir for 5 minutes.
Cover pot, remove from heat, and let stand for 20 minutes.
After setting for 20 minutes, stir in green onion and serve.
