Ingredients
1/4 cup Canola Oil
1 each Small Yellow Onion, Chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
2 1/2 dozen Large Shrimp, Peeled & De-Veined
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Ancho Chili Powder
3 5/8 cups
Furmano’s Salsa Style Petite Diced Tomatoes Spicy Green Chilies & Lime
6 each Lime Wedges
Preparation
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Saute onion for 4 minutes.
Add garlic, shrimp, salt and ancho chili powder. Saute 3-4 minutes, until shrimp are pink and tender. Remove from heat.
In 6 margarita glasses, pour Furmano’s Salsa Style Petite Diced Tomatoes Spicy Green Chilies & Lime. Top with 5 shrimp in each glass.
Garnish each glass with a fresh lime wedge.
