As Needed Parsley, chopped
Preparation
In a medium saute pan over medium heat, add olive oil.
Add onion, pepperoni, and mushrooms. Saute until pepperoni begins to crisp.
Next, add red pepper flakes and Kalamata olives. Stir, then add Furmano's Chunky Crushed Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano. Heat to 165 degrees and hold.
Grill steaks to desired doneness, top with pizzaiola and parsley.
