Ingredients
1 pound Egg Noodles
2 tablespoons Butter
1 pound Ground Beef
1 pound Ground Pork
3 1/2 cups
Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
2 teaspoons Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
2 each Eggs
8 ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mozzarella, Shredded
Preparation
Toss cooked egg noodles in butter.
Brown meats; drain fat.
Mix all ingredients except mozzarella.
Place all ingredients in a greased pan, then sprinkle mozzarella on top.
Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
If desired, in the last 3 minutes, turn up oven temperature to 500 degrees to brown the mozzarella.
