1 5/6 cups Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1 each Medium Red Onion, Finely Chopped
1 each Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded & Chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 1/2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
Preparation
Drain pineapple, reserving juices, and chop finely.
Place in a medium bowl and add Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies with juices, red onion, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, salt and cilantro.
Mix well, adding reserved pineapple juice one tablespoon at a time.
Cover and set aside to marinate until ready to serve, minimum of 30 minutes.
