Taco Pie Slices



  • 2 each Tortilla Shells
  • 8 ounces 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese
  • 1 pound Fat-Free Refried Beans
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • 1 each Large Onion, Chopped
  • 1 5/6 cups Furmano's Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 1 cup Lettuce, Shredded
  • 8 ounces Mexican Blend Cheese, Shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • As Needed Cilantro
  1. Place one tortilla shell on a large round platter.
  2. Spread softened cream cheese on tortilla shell.
  3. Spread one can refried beans over cream cheese.
  4. Spread sour cream over refried beans.
  5. Sprinkle chopped onions over sour cream.
  6. Spoon Furmano's Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies evenly over the sour cream and onion layer.
  7. Sprinkle taco cheese evenly over the last layer.
  8. Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly across.
  9. Spread shredded lettuce across top.
  10. Place one tortilla shell on top.
  11. Wrap entirely with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  12. When ready to serve, remove from refrigerator and slice into 12 even slices and serve on small plates with a cilantro garnish.
