Ingredients
3 1/2 cups
Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
4 each Boneless Pork Chops
12 ounces Egg Noodles
2 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
8 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese Brick
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
As Needed Olive Oil
As Needed Salt and Pepper
Preparation
In non-stick pan, cook garlic in oil until soft. Remove garlic to a plate.
Cut pork chops into bite size cubes, place in the above non-stick pan.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and some of the onion powder, then cook pieces until browned.
Add Furmano's Diced Tomatoes and return garlic to pan.
Add basil, onion powder, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and water.
Cover pan, cook 25 to 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook egg noodles until done; add directly to sauce mixture and stir.
Grate the brick of sharp cheddar cheese.
Take sauce mixture off heat, stir in shredded cheese.
Top with more parmesan cheese before serving.
