Ingredients
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
2 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
1 teaspoon Basil
As Needed Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
3 1/2 cups
Furmano's Diced Tomatoes
1 teaspoon Salt
1 pound Elbow Macaroni, Cooked
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
3 tablespoons Italian Parsley, Chopped
Preparation
In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil.
Next, add ground beef and brown.
Add basil, garlic, black pepper, onion powder and salt. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add Furmano's Diced Tomatoes and heat to 165 degrees.
Next add cooked elbow macaroni and return to 165 degrees.
Turn heat to medium low, top with mozzarella cheese then chopped Italian parsley.
Cover and allow cheese to melt.
