Ingredients
10 ounces Frozen Spinach, Thawed & Chopped
1 each Egg
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
3 1/2 cups
Furmano's Italian Style Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
1 dozen Manicotti Shells
Preparation
Drain the spinach.
Combine spinach, mozzarella, ricotta and egg.
Spread 1/4 cup sauce in 13 x 19 inch baking dish.
Fill manicotti; arrange in baking dish.
Top with remaining sauce and parmesan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
