Ingredients
- 2 3/4 cups Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained
- 3/4 cup Onion, Finely Diced
- 1 1/3 tablespoons Garlic, Minced
- 3/4 cup Serrano Chili, Finely Diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3/4 cup Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained
- 1 1/3 tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
- 1/3 cup Green Onion, Sliced
- 2 2/3 tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1/3 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Sazon
- 1/3 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
- Add drained tomatoes, onions, garlic, and serranos to a large mixing bowl. Mix gently.
- Add olive oil, reserved juice, cilantro, green onion, and lime juice. Mix well.
- Add salt, sazon, and black pepper. Mix well and taste to check seasoning.
