Serrano Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 3/4 cups Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained
  • 3/4 cup Onion, Finely Diced
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons Garlic, Minced
  • 3/4 cup Serrano Chili, Finely Diced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup Furmano's Petite Diced Tomatoes, Drained
  • 1 1/3 tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1/3 cup Green Onion, Sliced
  • 2 2/3 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1/3 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Sazon
  • 1/3 teaspoon Salt
Preparation
  1. Add drained tomatoes, onions, garlic, and serranos to a large mixing bowl. Mix gently.
  2. Add olive oil, reserved juice, cilantro, green onion, and lime juice. Mix well.
  3. Add salt, sazon, and black pepper. Mix well and taste to check seasoning.
