Shrimp & Sauce Fettuccine



  • 2 teaspoons Garlic, Crushed
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 7 cups Furmano's Plum Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 each Bunch Basil, Chopped
  • 1 pound Fettuccine
  • 2 pound Shrimp, De-Veined
  • As Needed Parmesan Cheese
  1. In a large pot, put water on to boil for pasta, adding a bit of salt.
  2. In another pot, saute garlic in olive oil until lightly golden.
  3. Add Furmano's Plum Tomatoes; crushing them a little in the pot.
  4. Add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and basil.
  5. Cook sauce about 25 minutes on medium-low heat.
  6. Add pasta to boiling salt water and cook as directed on pasta package.
  7. When sauce is done, add shrimp; cook 5 minutes longer.
  8. Drain pasta very well; add to the sauce pot; mix well.
  9. Serve in a family style platter and put parmesan cheese on top.
