Southwest-Style Burritos

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground Sirloin
  • 1 1/4 ounces Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 3 5/8 cups Furmano’s Salsa Style Petite Diced Tomatoes Spicy Green Chilies & Lime
  • 2 cups Furmano's Black Beans, Drained & Rinsed
  • 6 each Large Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Mexican Cheese Blend, Shredded
Preparation
  1. Brown meat in a 12" non-stick skillet with 3/4 packet of taco seasoning mix, as per package directions, but omitting water and using the Furmano’s Salsa Style Petite Diced Tomatoes Spicy Green Chilies & Lime and juices.
  2. Let mixture simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in Furmano's Black Beans, and warm through.
  4. Place 1/6 of the taco mix on each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Heat in microwave oven for 2 minutes or conventional oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until hot.
