  • 2 each Thawed Out Frozen Bread Dough
  • 1 7/8 cups Furmano's Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 pound Genoa Salami
  • 1/2 pound Pepperoni (Sandwich Slices)
  • 1/2 pound Provolone Cheese
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • As Needed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Enough To Coat Dough
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Thaw bread dough, liberally oil the dough to avoid sticking.
  3. Stretch dough until it is thin and fills the size of the cookie sheet.
  4. Place layers of Genoa salami and provolone on the dough (leaving a 2 inch border), then put a covering of Furmano's Pizza Sauce on top of the cheese, add spices.
  5. Then layer the pepperoni and mozzarella on top.
  6. Fold the border of the dough up to close the stromboli.
  7. Make 3 slits in the top of the closed dough and cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. For easy clean up, place foil on the cookie sheet prior to cooking.

Tip: Heat up extra sauce for dipping or pouring onto the stromboli as individual tastes desire.
