Tomato and Cauliflower Au Gratin

Ingredients
  • 1 each Head Cauliflower
  • 1 cup American Cheese, Grated
  • 2 each Medium Onions
  • 5 each Sprigs Parsley
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 5/6 cups Furmano's Whole Peeled Tomatoes, Drained
  • 1 each Cube Bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • As Needed Salt and Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Bread Crumbs
Preparation
  1. Cook cauliflower; drain.
  2. Toss cauliflower sections with 3/4 cup cheese; set aside.
  3. Chop onions and parsley; cook in butter until limp.
  4. Add Furmano's Whole Peeled Tomatoes, bouillon cube, sugar, salt, pepper, and bread crumbs; cook slowly five minutes.
  5. Put 1/2 of above mixture in bottom of buttered casserole.
  6. Add cauliflower, then top with remaining mixture.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
